Focus and Scope

Policy Perspectives is the premier public policy and public administration journal published by graduate students at The Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Public Administration at The George Washington University. It publishes scholarly articles on a wide range of topics important to public policy, and aims to be accessible to interested readers within and outside the Trachtenberg community.

Peer Review Process

Policy Perspectives' editorial process includes a content review by a subject expert in the field. This expert reviewer meets with the author and article editors to discuss ways to strengthen the article for publication.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

 

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
